With the Tender Appointment complete, we had a couple of weeks to get our preferences in order for tiles, colours and electrical.
That means more visits to Hopetoun, PD displays and National Tiles!
We had done a lot of legwork in the preceding month getting our choices nailed. So we're doing okay, but still need to decide on:
* Tiles! Finding tiles that flow nicely off the dark floor, the brown carpets and don't clash with the Mink Caesar stone is proving very difficult! Although, we think we've got the Laundry splashback tile selected.
* Kitchen splashback. Want something with some colour... without looking out of place or garish.
* Stain colour (window frames, bifolds and entry door). We don't want it to clash with the floor, or try and match it.
* Garage door. Standard colourbond or timberlook?
